Dave earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in 2003 and then worked for a large bank in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, helping small business owners secure financing. He earned a law degree from Rutgers School of Law, Camden, in 2008, where he competed on the mock trial team and received multiple oral advocacy awards.

Dave is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the United States District Courts for Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
