Since joining the firm in 2008, he has been representing veterans and working men and women suffering from mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases. Brendan also represents accident victims and has fought to help local municipalities and labor unions recover money that was wrongfully spent due to fraud. Prior to joining LPK, Brendan practiced extensively in the areas of general negligence, civil rights, product liability, class actions, and criminal law.

Brendan is an experienced trial lawyer and has tried cases in both federal and state courts. In 2007, Brendan successfully tried the longest trial in the history of Albany County. Moreover, he has been a guest lecturer on trial tactics and advocacy at Albany Law School and served as a judge in moot court competitions.

Brendan is a graduate of Fordham University and Albany Law School. While at Albany Law School, Brendan won the prestigious Karen C. McGovern Senior Prize Trial Competition. He is admitted to practice in New York and the Northern and Eastern District Courts of New York.
